I like the well lit and huge parking lot that wraps all the way around the property. I don't like the thin interior walls that let you hear the conversations of those in the hall and the room next door.

Overall very satisfied other than the water was not hot, only warm, both nights we stayed. Staff were very helpful, parking was satisfactory, air conditioning was satisfactory. Bathroom didn’t feel as clean as we prefer but was more due to the age of the materials ie tile etc.

The staff is always very friendly. I’m not thrilled that the washing machines haven’t been fixed in at least 8 weeks and I don’t like that the batteries were taken out of my fire detector, but the staff makes it worth it.

The property is clean. It is a 2 star hotel and does a great job for that. The kitchen is nice to have and the room is just what we need for our one night stays while we visit our son at Stephen F Austin State University and it doesn't break the budget.

Basic room. Excellent for the price, I've stayed in much more expensive hotels that were much worse. Full size fridge was nice. Bed was comfortable. No tv remote but I didnt care. No iron, but the front desk staff found me one. Room smelled like weed but it went away after a while. Toilet wasnt flushed but easy enough to solve. If I come back to the area I'll stay here again.
