「This service apartment/hotel is incredibly petty. Initially, we were given 4 Nespresso capsules, which were refilled on the second day. However, on the third day, the housekeeper forgot to refill them. When we called room service, they insisted we pay extra for the capsules. This was the first time we were charged for something as basic as coffee capsules by a hospitality company.
