「Good experience: Located by a canal in a quiet residential area but within 20 minutes walk to city centre with lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops. A bar/restaurant downstairs at the corner serves good food and drinks, good vibe. Apartment is spacious, clean, with most essentials like water boiler, dish washer, cooking accessories....etc. Bathroom fittings and appliances require fixing and maintenance though. Bad experience: Very poor check-in communication - meaning, no check-in help....

「員工很友善 房間又大又乾淨 有電梯 對飯店走廊的隔音好 但窗戶的隔音稍差半夜聽到窗戶樓下路人講話聲音 稍微欠佳的是入住的時候 櫃檯沒有人 只留了一張幾分鐘後回來的牌子 本來以為等一下就好但等了很久都沒人回來 如果這樣應該ㄧ開始就要請客人打電話給櫃檯人員 以及房間的門是用類似木框配紙片窗，木框品質不佳一直掉下來 且釘子都外露 有安全疑慮 不過整體來說還是不錯的住宿」

「Such a great stay in Amsterdam. The flat was fantastic, so well appointed, perfectly located, in close proximity to everything either, walking/tram/bus. The hosts were quick to respond with any question. We would definitely stay again.」

「Strutta consigliatissima, fuori dal centro ma noi eravamo comodissimi a muoverci con una bici a noleggio. La zona è molto carina, riqualificata e con tutti i servizi necessari. Tralaltro il ferry che collega al centro è gratuito. Self check-in facile e comodissimo. L'agenzia proprietaria presente, attenta e disponibile, anche se per fortuna non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema. 「I DO NOT recommend people to stay in this hotel. 1. The check-in place is very far from the exact place we stayed in. We had to walk a long distance for around 30 minutes with our languages from the check-in counter to the hotel room, it was definitely not a pleasant experience given that we have already traveled for so many hours to get to the city. 2. There was no elevator in the building. The stairs were steep and narrow and difficult to walk up, not to mention we had to carry our big...

「Spacious and comfortable flat with opening kitchen which is fantastic to family travellers. Location convenient as Travel time to city centre 15-20 minutes. Only if of the curtains are wide enough to block out light and a door for bathroom will be much better for 3 people family. Anyway enjoy living here.」
