「Mooi appartement」

「The property is in a lovely location but communication from the staff prior and during the stay was poor. Check-in was also very poorly done and communicated. We communicated that we would be arriving for late check-in a week prior to our stay multiple times via email and phone call with no clear communication back. Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation and then we had to have the property security to get us the keys to our accommodation. It appears to be a systemic issue.」

「 The house was functional. There was no soap except for a tiny bottle to wash a dish or two and a small amount of dishwasher soap. There was about a third of a roll of toilet paper and no tissue. They didn’t provide any more toilet paper. There was only one working washing machine and two dryers for ten euros. WOW! We were told to remove the sheets and towels, take out the trash and sweep the floors before leaving. REALLY!」

「Really nice place. 」

「The room with 2 bedrooms apartments is not too big, but the cooking amenities is good to use. The hotel location is a little bit worse due to the road construction, no wonder how long will it take. And the hotel didn’t told us before we check in, that we should find the way to arrived. Check in process is also not really necessary.」

「Very good breakfast. Convenient location.」

「Great stay, Spacious room and bathroom, clean and tidy. Close to number 19 tram station which can take you to many museums such as Van Gogh museum. Breakfast is good. The pillow is way too soft for me, hopefully the hotel will upgrade it soon. Bed is comfortable and XO is already upgrading their mattress floor by floor when we left on 2025.9.30. Not much restaurant nearby the hotel.」
