「I like how the reception staff member warned us to not leave valuable items in the car as sometimes juvenile criminals will attempt to steal any valuable items. I didn’t like that the TV in my room could only receive SBS TV via a TV aerial and that none of the streaming platforms (Netflix, ABC iview, 9Now, etc) could be watched on the SmartTV in room because the WI-FI was faulty and not working properly. This is quite poor on behalf of the parent company.」

「Clean, large room, comfortable beds and hot shower. Kettle, fridge and microwave in the room. Area to sit on balcony. Very friendly welcome from the reception and helpful letting us leave our bags before our bus. Highly recommend!」

「Clayton the main man at the motel is a great bloke, runs an exceptional motel.Rest of his staff and cleaners are nice people.Parkings great with a decent security fence.I work at Avon Downs NT and our entire crew stayed there the evening of our Christmas Do. Rooms are allways clean and well presented.The Motel is walking distance to a lot of varied venues for eating out/entertainment.Im very likely to return to the Burke and Wills!!!」

「Bed and pillows need refreshing. Door to balcony did not open. Aircon was good and shower ok, however not much room in bathroom. Did not feel as safe as I would like.」

「Perfect little hotel for me on business for a week. All amenities were perfect and location was great. Just a short stroll to all the eating places. 」

「I'm not fussy. This was adequate and cheap. Toilet was clean, shower had mould strips that had clearly been there for a while. Bed was fine, a little soft for me but thats personal taste. Bizarrely, no soap at all. Plus despite a toaster and kettle, there was no cutlery, plates, cups, mugs or glasses. It smacks of being set for long term residents who would provide these items themselves. But I was a motel user, not a long term user. I need soap and a water glass, lol. Its a longish...
