「带着对普通五星的期待去，结果也并没有达到……设施陈旧，连洗脸盆的下水都感觉要堵住了，安排的两楼，拉开窗帘看到的是前面平台的施工景象，房间有一股烟味，打开窗又被装修的声音吵到不行唯一的优点是位置比较方便，可以步行去哈桑二世清真寺和ctm车站」

「Movenpick Marrakesh is really a very nice hotel: convenient, safe environment; clean, food is good; facilitirs are good. However this hotel seriously needs a seamless check-in and check-out procedure. Unbeleivably both processes takes more than 30mins for sure. Strongly suggest people to run this process well before their appointments or flight. I m travelling so much around the world; and never seen such a slow reception service. 「The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all perfect and welcoming. The location was perfect, not enough choice for gluten-free breakfast. Not enough choice for juice at breakfast and not cold enough. The curtains in the very old rooms don't block out the light in the morning. The windows don't block out the sound of car horns. The room cards deactivate quite regularly, it's awful to go downstairs and wait to re-enter your cards.」
