「The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The only problem was I had to dispute a charge on my checking account. I tried to resolve it with the manager, but I received two different answers for the charge. At first I was told I had two different charges for incidental, one for $100 and one for $174 and that it would come off my account. I immediately thought this was strange to have have to different incidental charges for a one night stay. Then when the charges went...

「给我的房卡失效了，外出回来打不开房门，儿子跑过来开门的时候摔倒了，3分钟不能站起来，因为疼痛哭的撕心裂肺，打电话给前台，工作人员态度恶劣，第二天给酒店发邮件反映这次事故，至今没有收到回复，这是我们出行十天中最恶略的一家酒店，傲慢、不负责任、态度恶略」
