Service and amenities were good. Property condition was ok as the property is already old and indoor was dark that stretches to the pool area. The pool towel they provide was already old-it has seen better days, thin from too much wash and no longer absorbent, and rough to the skin.

For the price I just expected more,I guess, cleaner pools. The high end restaurant, which was very expensive, the seafood was overcooked. The sauces and salad dressing were good but salad dressing was served in a plastic container with lid. The crab cake was cold and very dense. This is what I get for trying to order seafood in Montana. I should know better by now.

They had a full house for our stay. The heaters in our rooms were not hooked up with open electric boxes behind the curtains. Dining was a challenge. We sat for an hour and a half the first morning during breakfast and were completely ignored the second morning untilbwe caught the attention of a hostest that ended up being our server, her 1st table she has ever served. The pools were warm though.

They are horrible surfaces, The pools need to be resurfaced. The towels weren't available, was told "we are working on it," this was the response for hours and hours. The employee was to work on the slide was told "he didn't come in" and when asked and they said "don't have the key to open the slide, No Manager to get the key out of the safe". Finally opened the slide, it was a long wait for those waiting for it to open. A member couldn't get in her locker and was told there was "no manager to help her". My husband helped her to get in the locker to get her items.
