"OMG!! There are so many roaches in the room that we ended up leaving really early!! We actually left the same night we were supposed to stay at like 10pm.! We decided we’d rather sleep in the car then in that room..!"

"This was a trip planed for 49 years. Made the reservation 3 months in advance, paid little extra for a room with a certain view! When I got there I was told that all the rooms with views were booked so I got a room with a roof across the street and two enormous palm trees! Disappointed, perhaps! Was told there is no guarantees!"

"Breakfast was good, the usual buffet… but with French toast with strawberries in syrup! Maybe they could upgrade the silverware so cutting food is possible. Loved the beds and all accommodations. It’s a very nice hotel."
