「Pros: nice setting, safe area, beautiful grounds and views, western decoration. Cons: our room bathroom was in bad condition (stains on wall, black spots on toilet seat), room carpet had spots, loud A/C. Also the breakfast and dining options were very limited. It’s unfortunate because this place has much more potential.」

「Fridge in room was not working and leaking water, no soap or shampoo in the shower, shower curtain leaked all over the bathroom floor, no napkins at the breakfast, breakfast was very poor.」

「The bed was very comfortable. Room was cold & cozy. The disinfectant smell in the hallway, elevator, etc.. smelled strongly & reminded me of a gas station bathroom. Fortunately it didn’t go into the bedroom. Breakfast: An instant Nescafé machine that gave me a cup of hot water; I had to flag someone down to fix the problem.There was no water in the breakfast area; I had to buy a bottle. The water by the coffee machine had lemons & limes& hadn’t been changed for awhile; it was down to about 2”....

「This was a trip back to our hometown for a family graduation. We loved having the luxury of a suite with a living area with sofa and side chair and kitchen for more intimate time away from larger family gatherings for my husband and I to get away from work and also enjoy some time alone together. We don’t do any cooking but could have if we wanted to, all dishes, silverware, cooking utensils are included. If I ever do travel nursing, Home2 Suites would be ideal!」

「The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....

「The kitchen is not stocked at all, no silverware except forks, had to buy butter knives, teaspoons and tablespoons but we left them so hopefully the next people won’t have the same issues, there were 4 coffee cups and the place sleeps 14, we had 9 people so had to buy coffee cups, the door handle was about to fall off which made it very hard to open from either side, one bedroom had water coming in during rain storm. Not a kid friendly yard which is strange because there are 3 sets of bunkbeds....
