「Overall Rating: 4.5/5 – Excellent Stay! Our overall stay was absolutely excellent! I booked several rooms for a week, and while there were a few minor issues on the first night, the team corrected them quickly and professionally. Most of the staff are young, professional, and incredibly helpful. The only thing missing is nametags—I really wish they wore badges so I could give a proper shout-out to a couple of them by name! I do want to specifically mention the chef in the restaurant, who is...

「Hotel is very old need renovation price not worth to pay as a five star hotel only breakfast is good」

「The tennis courts were not well maintained. Other than that everything was excellent.」

「While the staff was kind and helpful, there were a few set backs on our 7 day stay. Like no hot water in our room for 2 days.we had to wait while the place was mostly empty and had multiple units we could have moved to while they fix the problem. Food was selection limited and some dishes mediocre. Soap and towels supply are limited and poor quality. Location is good and property very clean.」

「Staff was great, clean place, friendly and respectful」

「Cet hôtel est impeccable digne d'un hôtel européen, le personnel est très sympathique et les chambres sont très classe et très propre. Petit souci de connexion avec le Wi-Fi mais apparemment ils étaient en train de résoudre le problème.」

「Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom.」

「The hotel is currently a construction site, under renovations. The advertised gym does not exist.」

「Clean room, excellent location closed to everything. Hotel has security 24h/24 and easy to move around due to location on major road. I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the local seasonal fruits in my bedroom as welcome gift The beignets in the restaurant were delicious. Great hotel will definitely go there again, The room was clean with Ac working well. Very quiet and was perfect for my short stay.」

「Great hotel for the price. The restaurant should be opened earlier for breakfast instead of waiting until 8:00 am or more. The hotel staff was very professional. I appreciate the cleanliness.」
