They did not receive the reservations for one of the two rooms I booked and then wanted to charge more than the confirmation amount from hotes.com. Nobody on site in the evening or the morning could change the amount in their computer to match the confirmation amount. Clerk was unprofessionally / sloppily dressed with bare feet. Certainly not worth the amount shown on hotels.com."
