「Booked a double room, upon check in was told that the double was under maintenance. The desk person said he would put us in the king suite. I inquired about the bed situation, it is only the single king with a sofa bed. Not great but I figured we would make do. On the way up to the room we noticed the entire place smelled and felt damp and musty. Get to the room, the keys don’t work. Back down to see the guy and get them reprogrammed. Sink was clogged, and shower took forever to get warm water. House and yard need some TLC. Cat was friendly to the point of being a little bothersome.
