「Hubo tarifas ocultas al arribar al Hotel y el personal no sabe tratar con amabilidad a la gente. Inclusive el gerente del Hotel prefiere cubrir a su personal que dar las explicaciones correctas. Cuando el arribo al hotel es tan poco amigable, es difícil después disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones.」

「Staff was top shelf. Sebastian at the front desk speaks English well and knows hospitality. Beautiful place. Bartenders were too notch. Maintenance team does things differently than what I think is exceptional, but that’s subjective. Overall, 8/10」
