「I really liked that it’s tucked away in a very quiet area and not too noisy and the food and beverage team was great and very helpful the reception team not as helpful or friendly but overall I loved my stay and will return」

「Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Service könnte noch verbessert werden, z.B. regelmässig prüfen ob noch Toilettenpapier im SPA noch vorhanden ist. Grössere Abstellkammer um die Koffern sicher zu lagern und nicht einfach im Gang unbeaufsichtig abstellen. Bauarbeiten nicht um 6 Uhr morgens starten, wenn das Hotel voller Gäste ist, sondern ausserhalb der Saison planen etc.」

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...
