「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「I enjoy the stay at the hotel. My room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Staffers are nice and friendly. The bus stop to Valletta and airport is just situated in front of the hotel. San Julian's is within easy reach, say 5 to 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets and quality resturants are easy to get. Malta is great.」

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...

「Wir sind mit unseren Kindern (5 & 2) auf Malta und in Ryans Appartement gewesen. Unser Aufenthalt von 1 Woche war wunderbar, Frühstück und Abendessen auf dem Balkon (im November :-) ), wir haben gut geschlafen und die Wohnung sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und verfügt über einen kleinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das war für uns aber kein Problem. Es gibt für eigentluch alles eine, meist bebilderte, Anleitung und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist top! 」
