「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. 「I've stayed in a few hotels around St Julian's but this is the first time I've gone as a family with small kids. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast selection in our section was great. Gym facilties are very good, there is a games area for kids with PlayStation, TV and some other games though the arcade machine needs a bit of attention. Room service was really fast, good value for money and surprisingly tasty. The area is very busy and is mainly full of tourists. The is no hotel parking...

「酒店就在中心区，距离薄荷街非常近，离圣约翰大教堂也不远。离公交总站也很近，去哪儿都比较方便。酒店比较小，设施还算完善，工作人员比较热情，早餐也还不错。住客挺多的，基本都是欧美的爷爷奶奶。」
