「Not a proper airport hotel. 1. Before arriving I received two text messages and eventually a call via whatsapp to inquire about my arrival time. When I finally got there I understood why. The hotel is tiny. Rooms dont have numvers they are called ruby, gold and platinum. And the receptionist was planning his evening. 2. It is normal to chitchat during checkin. It is decidedly not normal that your checkin comes to a grinding halt because the receptionist decides to share their life story...

「Property was great, well kept and extremely unique. Single room and bathroom was inadequate for 5 people and should have been advertised more clearly- we would have gladly ordered a second room. All in it was nice, clean and quiet. Would recommend- with correct sleeping configurations.」

「We had a really good experience until the last day. We were traveling around Europe so we had three different reservations for when we returned to Frankfurt between excursions. Breakfast was great. The front desk staff was great. While we were out shopping on our last day, someone entered our room. Nothing was stolen.
