Scott Stone, the AGM, was very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the local attractions and restaurants with great recommendations. "I selected the Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Charlottesville, Virginia after reading the high rated reviews. And it did not disappoint. The room and hotel were extremely clean, the staff very friendly and caring. This was a last-minute trip, and I requested the highest floor away from the elevators the same day I made the reservations and got exactly what I requested. The hotel is close to many restaurants, drug stores, Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, etc. The room, a studio queen, was VERY comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The room had a full-size refrigerator and microwave, a two-burner cooktop and plenty of cabinet/storage space. The front desk will help you customize your kitchen needs by providing toaster, utensils, etc. Hotel is pet-friendly and has a large laundry room. The hotel is in a quite area approximately a 1/2 mile from US 29. I will definitely stay again. I highly recommend this hotel. "
