「Nous étions 3 personnes et avons eu la chambre Penthouse qui est vraiment un appartement magnifique avec ascenseur privé! L’hôtel est situé proche de tout (bus, train, bateau, Piazza Grande, funiculaire etc) Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir」

「The staff was amazing, we had a few specific requests and there were no issues. The pool was absolutely amazing considering it was +90F outside. We did not have a car, but bus #7 was our travel to the main city and train station. The balcony was a place for us to relax in the evening and morning. The air conditioning was the best we experienced in our trip. We were there for the Moon and Stars festival, and would recommend staying here due to the proximity to the bus station, staff, pool,...

「This is the place to go if you have kids and just want to no that you can relax and rely on the amenities without needing to leave the property to keep your family entertained and fed. The transportation was easy enough to get the town below and the surrounding area to do day trips and other family activities. We look forward to a return trip in our future.」

「Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend und definitiv das grösste Plus. Dafür bezahlt man letztlich auch den recht hohen Preis. Die Zimmer selbst sind sauber und zweckmässig, jedoch eher durchschnittlich ausgestattet und konnten meine Erwartungen in dieser Preisklasse nicht ganz erfüllen.」

「Silvia am Empfang war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, fantastisch. Wir waren für 1 Nacht. Lage gut, ruig mit begrünter Anlage. Preis für 1 Nacht doch etwas teuer, aber noch okay. Zimmer geräumig. Küche vorhanden mit allem was man braucht. Parking vorhanden, Preis fair. Zimmer sauber, im Sommer jedoch sehr heiss, eine Klimaanlage müsste hier her, der Deckenventilator war mehr Dekoration als Abhilfe. Wir würden dennoch wieder kommen.」

「Das Einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein klimatisiertes Zimmer. Das wussten wir zwar vorher. Aber während unseres Aufenthaltes war es extrem heiß! Dieses Manko soll wohl behoben werden.」

「The rooms are very dated. Bathroom very tiny and uncomfortable. No room service 24h also NO AC there was a thermostat but definitely not working we had a suite and one room and it didn’t work anywhere. But staff very friendly and helpful.」

「At a quiet location but less than 10 mins walk from the train station. The lake view from the balcony is fantastic! Highly recommended.」
