「Liked beds and Bathroom. Had issue with TV which was resolved. Air conditioner was blowing cool even when set at 78 degrees. Turned down to HEAT and had a good night.」

「Location is good but room on lower room was terrible. The a/c was not to able to remove the humidity from the room, and every surface was damp including clean towels and sheets. Only had breakfast at the hotel once because it was not acceptable.」

「I had called around 3:15pm to let the front desk know we would be checking in after 7pm and was told that would not be an issue. When we were given our room key to what was supposed to be a double queen bed, without being told by the front desk we found that it was a single king with a pull out. I was told the that Expedia had over booked the hotel and that was their solution to the error. After speaking to the front desk I called Expedia to ask for them to fix the error or refund me to which...

「The gentleman was very pleasant who checked us in. Unfortunately, our room was filthy. I am traveling for business and had to book again for the following week, and am disappointed because I can't change my reservation because I booked online through Expedia. I can cancel but won't be able to get a refund. Very disappointing.」
