「Stains on the carpet in the room and the curtain was stained. Front desk wasn’t the most pleasant and difficult to understand. The pool room didn’t have lights on. 7:00 at night. Finally a guy came and turned lights on for us. 」

There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. 「The only thing I would have issues with is the noise level until WAY after quiet time of 11PM. The lobby was full of people and we were really close to it and they were drinking and being loud way later than they should have been and no one made them quiet down or go to their rooms. We had an early morning so it was annoying.」
