「The staff not trained to handle international guests, no clear explanation on the deposit arrangement. And the hotel room is horrible, found 2 dead flies in the room and bathroom」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful with information. However the swimming pool was closed on June 12 which was surprising since other hotel pools were open and it was almost 30 degrees outside. The beds and fold out couches were not great to sleep on unfortunately. For the price we paid per night, the sleep was uncomfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked.」

「Pas de prise électrique disponible près de la table de chevet. Petite chambre avec portique partagé. Très cher pour cette petite chambre. En plus seulement 1 ascenseur fonctionnait durant le week-end alors qu’il y avait un très gros tournoi d’hockey. Nous avons dû descendre nos valises et sacs d’hockey par les marches car il y avait une ligne pour attendre l’ascenseur.」

「Great room, so many amenities and activities to do, and the views from the suites were beautiful. The check in process was a bit slow though and the desk clerk did not seem to be having a good day, she was a bit short with other customers. We also found a handful of pills on the floor of our room which could’ve been very dangerous considering that we had a crawling baby with us on the trip - cleaning crew need to do a better job in that aspect.」

「Suite pour les enfants ; enfants devaient coucher sur un sofa avec des tâches de moississure on ne considère pas comme cela comme un 2ieme lit. Site ayant besoin de rafraichissement notamment peinture des balcons. Massage qui ne vaut pas le prix demande.」

「On Arrival I had Problems and there was no onsite service. Other than that, everything was wonderful. It was clean, a great view and the amenities were top of the line.」
