「We enjoyed our stay at the Le Mersenne and loved the detail and design of the room. Well appointed. The service was great, location is close to Paje Beach and the Treehouse Restaurant but also far from Stone Town and other popular beaches so plan to either book a driver or rent a car. We booked a scooter thru the hotel and traveled to Paje. DJ played great music at the hotel. We loved the vibe! With that said, a few things to be noted … Limited food options and we grew bored of the pricey...

Wir wollte nicht in einem grossen Hotelbunker übernachten. Was wir dann angetroffen haben hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. The food was amazing buffet and a la carte options. The entire staff is to be commended for their friendliness, attention to detail, and going the extra mile. 「lovely resort, rooms are very nice and clean however communication between the staff was terrible, requests that were made and confirmed prior to arrival were not met, information given to us on check in was poor and not accurate. staff failed to communicate guest requirements to other members of staff 」

「The staff is great! Very friendly and service minded. They are the best about this place. The food is good but not amazing. Another issue regarding eating, is that there is no restaurant close by. We ended up using a taxi taking us to other places to eat. Expect bout 10 minutes by car to some good restaurants. One night the managed decided to get some things fixed, problem was that this was close to midnight and for about 1 hour there was a lot of noise when we wanted to sleep. I went to...

「This is an idyllic, quiet, adults only hotel. The rooms are lovely and modern with air conditioning. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the 4 course a La carte dinner is outstanding with lots of choice and variety. The location is right on the white Sandy beach with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend. 」
