「Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im bsmart Hotel Menziken. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze sowie die Tiefgarage. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Besonders modern fanden wir, dass sich alle Türen bequem mit dem Smartphone öffnen lassen. Alternativ kann man sich in der Lobby mit den Buchungsdaten eine Zimmerkarte erstellen, was ebenfalls sehr einfach funktioniert. Ein weiteres Highlight...

「What a terrible location this hotel is in. The entrance of the hotel faces on to a warehouse area. Awful!! The rooms were unbearably hot with no aircon available. The staff were kind and helpful and delivered a fan to our room but this did not help. The shower area has absolutely no privacy and looks directly onto the bed area. The TV was not working either.」
