"Don't come here if you want 5 star. The rooms are not great basic is the best way to describe them. No TV, internet in the room not great and not all rooms have a sea view because of the trees. That being said the staff are professional, caring and just so nice. If you are looking for a place that has wild life on the balcony. Monkeys, lizards, frogs and birds this is the place. The island is beautiful people are amazing and it's so cheap. Staying at the tree top resort was amazing probably the highlight of my stay in Cambodia apart from Anchor wat. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, beautiful people. Chilling at the bar next to the sea, short walk from the main part of the island. Just perfect. "

"Totally relaxing resort. The scene is set when you walk along the beach to the hotel, from the Pagoda Ferry. From then on, no shoes required - flip-flops at most! Food great quality; staff were lovely; great upkeep of the grounds - and that beach and sea water were awesome! Accommodation is fairly functional; but everything you need is there. Good happy-hour between 5 and 7pm. If you need a change of scene, the You&Me beach bar happy hour (one minute walk along the sand) starts at 4.30pm!"

"The resort was very lovely. The pool and restaurant had an amazing view of the surrounding area. The breakfast options were vast and very delicious. The customer service from the resort staff and management were top class. Last but definitely not least, the bungalow my wife and I stayed was incredible. "I would like to compliment Mr. Virak, who has made my stay at Novotel Sihanoukville extremely pleasant. Mr. Virak always anticipates my needs, puts himself in my shoes, and goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable. His service is beyond thoughtful and truly exceptional. On Day 1, when I needed a quiet spot for a meeting, he patiently followed me from the restaurant to the lounge and finally to the lobby—just to help me find the perfect quiet corner. He even brought me an extra table for my laptop, turned down the music, and checked in on me every hour to ensure everything was okay. On Day 2 during breakfast, he saw me with my laptop and, knowing I needed to work, offered me a seat in a closed area for some peace and quiet. He was so attentive to every detail—asking if he should turn on the lights to reduce glare from my screen, checking if I needed anything to eat or drink, and even closing the door for me when he noticed more people walking past. Later that evening at the beach bar, while I was working again, he noticed I hadn’t plugged in my charger. He quietly brought me an extension cord and asked if I needed to charge my laptop. That level of attention is rare. As a trainer, I’m honestly very impressed by Mr. Virak’s dedication and attentiveness—so much so that I will be using his service as an example in my future customer service classes. I hope this message can be passed along to him, e truly he made a lasting impression on me."

"This was a perfect island get away. The staff was exceptional. The owners were involved. More like a family affair with a wonderful community feel. Over the Holidays they organized games in the restaurant to include everyone (I was solo and never felt left out). I even had a medical issue and the owner and a local pulled me aside and gave me some excellent and very timely information that saved me from some real problems. I extended my stay even longer, which was lucky as they were booked out all the other days."
