The staff were very helpful and nice. I am just happy that there is air-conditioning and hot water on the island. They kept the beach very clean. It is the only place I would stay in Koh Rong (I have only been to the long set beach though). There was not much choice for food, and the fruit juice was changing in size all the time, sometimes I got a big glass, sometimes just a small glass, also sometimes cold sometimes not, I ordered the same juice every time. The food was good though, I only ate at their restaurant, didn't try any others. The massage was more expensive than other places but medium .

入住當天他們去了碼頭接我們，原本以為要自己拖行李過去，所以驚喜了一番 接著送上了迎賓飲料，在這種炎熱的天氣格外開心 我們的四人海景房，雖然落地窗沒有很大，但離海邊超近，玩累了回來洗澡很簡單 早餐也蠻好吃的，特別整個度假村沒有很多人，所以很舒服愜意 前面的風景也很棒，海水清澈沙灘乾淨，還有躺椅可以躺，整體來說體驗很好！ 服務人員在我們退房後，還讓我們去梳洗跟使用吹風機，非常感動～

Beautiful resort on the most beautiful island in the whole wide world! Staff members were amazing. Beach is footsteps away from your door. Room had all the amenities necessary except for a TV. The lack of a TV was actually a nice touch. That meant get out of your room and enjoy paradise! Lol.

The resort sits on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach. From the outside, the hotel looks like it has a lot of potential but the resort itself needs a lot of work. I stayed for a total of 3 nights and for $200 a night, I did not feel like it met its value. Pros: - Friendly staff in yellow shirts at the restaurant. - Staff came and grabbed our luggage upon arrival and departure - Great location on the quiet side of long set beach - Breakfast was decent - Room was spacious Cons: - Price for value - Constant noise from construction early in the morning. - Interior of room could use some work. It feels outdated and worn out - tiles in shower need to be replaced - Bed baseboard/behind the bed is dusty - Seat cushions outside are worn out and have mold. - Hotel towels felt like sandpaper and staff was greedy with the towels. I had two adults and two small children and were only given 2 towels in the room. I requested more towels but the very next day they were taken from the room and we had to share 2 towels for the remaining two days. Overall, the hotel has potential but did not feel like a 4 star resort. This resort needs to be updated inside and out. I enjoyed my stay but would not come back because of the value for money.

Die Hotelanlage war wunderbar. Nah am Pier und direkt am Strand mit eigenen kostenlosen Liegen. Das Personal war äußert freundlich und man kann verschiedene Aktivitäten über das Hotel buchen. Beim Frühstück hatte man genug Auswahl. Abends das BBQ ist zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko: eine Glastüre zur Toilette. Hier sollte lieber noch ein Sichtschutz angebracht werden.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the surroundings are very well maintained, and everything is clean and tidy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the services are flawless. The hotel is located directly on a clean, long beach with white sand, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

We spent four nights on Long Set Beach and absolutely loved it. The beach itself is stunning — white sand, clear blue water, and easily the nicest spot we found on the island. The hotel served good food, and there were one or two casual bars and restaurants within walking distance, which made evenings really easy. They’re also in the process of building a new bar and reception area at the hotel (the noise was minimal and away from the rooms so didn’t bother us). The staff were great throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and arranged both a boat trip and our ferry tickets without any hassle. Overall, a beautiful location with lovely service — we’d happily stay again.

Everything was really good. The room was really nice with a private pool. The breakfast was very good with many options. The resort area also very good but to me it was very special the staff super kind and helpful. I just have one problem in my room-the hot water wasn’t working- but it was just an inconvenient not disturbing me. I really recommend this hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel in a prime location on longset beach. However what makes this hotel outstanding is its wonderful staff. Everyone from the room attendants to the waiting staff make you feel like a VIP , always with a smile on their face. We had a pool view room with a huge bed which was cleaned daily. We ate 2 nights in the hotel and both meals were delicious and very reasonably priced ( highly recommend having the bbq) If you can get into this hotel, don’t hesitate to book. We will be returning next year. Don’t forget to bring some deet! This is a tropical island so you will get bitten.
