「Great location near the city, night market and the beach. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and tidy with amazing view. Definitely worth to pay to the rooftop 360 pool during the day and enjoy the night party. Lots of people in the hotel and the lifts take a while. But only minor comments overall. 」

「The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app. Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos. When we got there they said yes it has that but if we want...

「We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with...
