"Actually a very beautiful colonial hotel but poorly maintained rooms. Also the description of standard room is somewhat wrong - it said there was aircon which was false. The reception Werę so kind and ”upgraded” is to a similar room with air con."

I was asking her to connect me with Hotel.com local office of Indonesia but couldn't do it citing that they don't have communication with them. They event didn't try to find out the number for me. I asked them this after unsuccessful effort to get the number by myself. I will have a complaint on Hotel.com on my booking on this hotel. "
