「Great location near Almaty-2 railway station. Simple mid-range business hotel, good vfm.」

「Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)」

「I love staying at Brown. This is my third visit. The staff is very kind to me and always willing to go the extra mile. The area is perfect. I enjoy walking around the neighborhood. There are pharmacies, restaurants and malls in the surrounding area. I feel very safe. I am looking forward to staying at Brown again. I highly recommend the kind staff, beautiful neighborhood and piece of mind the Brown Hotel allows. 」

「The hotel is quote close to the Samal bus station (around 10 minutes by local bus). The room is clean and tidy. Plus, the staff are REALLY helpful, especially in helping us in register issue. Really recommended. : )」
