「We stayed in this hotel a few days before this booking and everything went well. This time unfortunately the room had very strong cigarette smell, the staff was very unhelpful, unresponsive and barely looked or talked with us during check in or in other moments. Other than that, it is a good hotel with comfortable facilities and good breakfast.」

「I had to stay in Aktau another week but had to leave my hotel (which was fully booked). I chose the Silk Way Hotel because it was REALLY well-recommended on Orbitz. What a mistake! If I could give this place “0” stars, that would STILL be too good! Why did other travelers not smell the carpets in the halls and in the room – which smell like sweaty dogs?
