「Our family of 4 just stayed in the Grand Ocean suite for 9 nights and we were blown away with how nice and helpful the staff were. First this resort is so CLEAN. The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Great showers and baths with very hot water and great water pressure. Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay.
