「Our stay at the Omni was great! We loved Gina at the spa, she’s the best!!! We were celebrating our anniversary and received chocolate covered strawberries and champagne! Nice touch!!!」

「Both the outdoor pool and hot tub were not working. We specifically chose this hotel for the outdoor pool. They didn't even have lounge chairs outside to sit on. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which is fine but they only give you towels for 1 day. We needed to go to the front desk every day for towels which is ridiculous. Lighting in the room was terrible.」

「Very clean. Day staff was amazing, night staff could be better. The only thing that is unfortunate is having to pay and find parking. Other than that, really awesome hotel! Will stay again.」

「I don't recommend this establishment to anyone who has emotional support animals. They kicked my dogs and I out on account of a noise complaint that they didn't know what room the noise was coming from. The manager also had the nerve to tell me my dog was aggressive just because he is a doberman Pincher. I asked him"did my dog growl at you or approach you?" He said nothing at all except he was calling the police. My dog didn't show any signs of aggression.」

「Pictures are much nicer than the property. We had to move rooms due to horrible smell in first room. The second room was better but still not great. This place need a deep clean.」

「The room door card is a magnetic card, which is difficult to operate, the air conditioning filter is very dirty, and there are many ants on the windowsill of the room.」
