"The stay here was a pleasure. The staff, without exception, was friendly and helpful. The room and entire property was spotless! Velocity Sports Bar food was delicious and their staff was fantastic. Everwise Amphitheater is a short walk across the street. "

"I've always loved the Ameristar Casino hotel rooms. They offer smoking/they have an iron and board in room/fridge in room {although I understand why the microwaves were removed long ago}/the bathroom especially. Separate toilet room full bathtub and separate shower! It's the cost that's hinder my stays. This happened to be a Family member Funeral Service in Chicago and the family had a 10 room block. I could NEVER get that rate in St. Charles.($145 nightly Thurs - Mon + resort fees only $10.)..THANK YOU AMERISTAR CASINO EAST CHICAGO!!"

"I love they have an area for pets to potty and walk they provided bags for clean up. Pool was unfortunately closed due to being cloudy and a bit windy understandable. My children were very comfortable and excited at how roomy it was everything well placed . Would definitely reccomend and go again. Breakfast was approved by the family very enjoyable stay."
