「it was a very irresponsible service, where I made the booking on 27th October for 11th December, 45 days prior (booking confirmation 133489232195). Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. 「Honestly a very disappointing hotel. Online it looks lovely but the reality of metal construction without insulation means a boiling hot room that the AC can’t counteract and from others walking. The restaurant was comparable to Faulty Towers! We ordered a bottle of wine and after waiting for 15mins we’re told they didn’t have it, other drinks on the menu weren’t available, food was actually lovely but arrived at random times and the staff looked perplexed when asked anything. 「選擇這個飯店 主要是因為要去附近的 Udawale 看大象safari . 飯店離國家公園很近 wifi的速度也不錯 但是 室內有蠻多螞蟻. 聽說這家飯店是附近最新的飯店了 .飯店的人員也可以用英文溝通 總而言之 我沒有什麼抱怨 但如果不是要去 Udawale 國家公園 應該不會特別再回來了 」

Le complexe dispose d’une piscine, ce qui est très appréciable après un safari dans le parc national. Petit déjeuner et dîner succulents. La personne qui nous a accueillis était vraiment très aimable, souriante, accueillante. Nous recommandons vivement le Jungle Paradise.」
