「There was a bad storm when I was checking in! So the lights went out I paid for a King size suite with a pull out couch in my room! The room I received was a double bed room with a desk in it. I went & told Melanie at the front desk who was very nice & helpful she apologized & corrected my room once the power came back on! Of course the pool was closed my entire stay due to the storm & my son was very upset because of that!」

「After booking on your web site, where it stated that there was only one room left...we arrived to find that the property has NOT been open for months. We had to find a room, which was hard on a Friday afternoon. Also, we were worried that we would be charged for three nights in a place that was not open. The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all.」
