「Amazing place if you want to just relax, staff was amazing and views were great. I loved the breakfast options. If you want to do more, you should rent a vehicle to get around, Also, pack your bug spray since you will encounter mosquitoes and sand fleas at the beach club next door. Bar staff was helpful with sightseeing ideas.」

「I really wanted to love this property because the location is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We stayed here from June 16–23 with a group of seven. During our stay, our section of the property experienced repeated power outages while other areas of the hotel still had electricity. We also went two nights without hot water. We found insects in our room during our stay. I understand that this is a tropical destination and seeing an occasional bug is expected, but...

「The resort did not honor the free breakfast even when shown the app where it states that it’s a “free” breakfast. Otherwise the resort was beautiful. We did lose power a few times and AC in our room was spotty. I’d recommend booking directly, as I’m pretty sure we had the worst room in this resort.」

「I can't explain how wonderful it is, you have to experience it yourself. I don't need a three star place but the staff and everything else was six star! We go to enjoy the water, the culture, and the bugs! If you change bathing three twice a day and got to do your hair every day, choose elsewhere. This place is for people that don't want to be catered on. The best for me!」
