I originally booked this place because I fell in love with the bathtub picture and thought that the extra space would be nice. "Overall property condition is pretty new and very clean, bathroom is a bit small but setup very creatively to maximize space utilization. Location is close to tram tracks, so can be a bit noisy. Room has a washer only, no dryer, limited hangers to dry clothes maybe provide a foldable drying rack so that guests can put it out on the balcony in the summer or in the room as the room is pretty spacious (we have kids so we have more clothes to wash) "

"The hotel is located a short walk away from JR Hakodate, the bus station, and tram stops which made traveling to tourist attractions (such as Goryokaku, Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward) super easy and convenient. In addition, it's next to Hakodate Morning Market Ekini Market. In terms of the hotel, our room had a washer and dryer which allowed us to do laundry. Furthermore, the public bath, and lounge offered a relaxing time and a great view of Hakodate, respectively. The only complaint would be that the AC/heater in our room was very loud so we had to turn it off. All in all we would stay here again. "
