「Loved being able to have a drink and dinner late night」

「This hotel needs refurbishment. The wallpaper is coming off in spots, doors are dinged and carpets are badly stained. The tub was rusted and shower walls had sloppy caulking. Our beds and linens were clean as were coffee maker, etc.」

「The whole atmosphere of this hotel was terrible. It smelled like marijuana and there were people yelling in the parking lot at 11 o’clock at night. The rooms were very dingy and the doors didn’t seal tightly so you could hear everything going on outside. The front desk woman was extremely nice. We left after 10 minutes in our three rooms and did not get any money back. It was very disappointing.」

「We were arriving late and tried to call to let them know as the website stated, but no one answered repeatedly. We arrived with children after midnight not knowing if we had a room, luckily we checked in But were told the staff will put the phones on silent. We woke up for breakfast which was sparce at best, no plates, juices were out and the one staff member watched us while we ate so he could start clearing the buffet even though it runs u til 10:00 on weekends, it was currently 8:45.
