「We loved The Lodge at Flat Rock. Everything from check in, immaculate room, thoughtful snacks, yummy breakfast, beautiful grounds, and wonderful helpful staff made this a perfect mutual birthday celebration for us! Reasonable rates and a great property that exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend this jewel.」

「They show a gorgeous picture of a lobby. They leave it locked up, you’re not allowed to use it. There’s only maids., deceptive photography」

「Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area.」

Ours included a kitchenette, a private balcony, a huge spa-style bathroom with shower jets, and an extend tv package that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to try...
