「Loud clientele throughout the night, thin walls, pretty sure there was urine on the inside of the bathroom door (yellow, I didn't investigate further), towel rack pulled from wall, outside not well maintained, marshmallow beds with thin pillows and when I went to get coffee in the morning they were out of cups. When I checked with the front desk he stated the hotel was completely out, his manager had been informed, and he was uncertain when cups would be arriving. Will not be staying at this...

「If you are taking your kids to Hastings college this is a great place to stay. It's clean, great staff, and a great location. We will be staying there many more times just starting the college adventure.」

「The first room they put me in had mould in the bathroom. The sink had been leaking and there was black mould that was apparent. When I requested to be moved the front desk attendant wanted to argue with me. He said the room had been rented out for the past three nights with no issue. This is a huge health concern.」

「We had a problem with the Shower, but upon mentioning it to staff, the problem was promptly fixed. The only down item is that there is no TV guide. In order to see what is playing in the evenings we had to search using our cell phone.」
