「Check in was so quick and friendly!」

「The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean. The handicapped accessible bathroom was well planned. Only a cold breakfast. The property shows it's age. My only critique was that the beds were merely o.k. and it seemed a little costly for the stay.」

「The room was "clean" but the window did not shut all the way and was held in place by a bar so I guess there is that. It was very annoying when the wind would blow. The people above me were so loud and stompy and I could hear everything in the hallway. The locks were secure on the doors. 「Absolutely no way this place has the ratings listed on here. There was a horrid mold smell, cockroaches on the floor, other people's hair on the walls in the shower, holes in the bathroom door and bedframes way too large for the mattresses. 1/10 would NEVER recommend this place.」

I had left messages. 45 minutes later we finally got a call back with codes to get into the room.
