"The hotel is in a lovely historic area near the Pearl river and has plenty of shady trees. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Not many staff speak even a little English so need to use Mandarin or a translator App. Beautifully clean rooms and linen and towels. BYO tea bags and buy milk at the lical store if you like a good cup of English Breakfast in the mornings."

"The hotel is almost perfect , big rooms , house keeping is amazing, breakfast is great , the only thing that's a little bit of a problem is communicating with the Front Desk staff , only one person can speak English. Still my preferred hotel in Guangzhou "

"Good property overall. Needed a hotel gym so main reason I chose here. Gym is very big and has a pool"

"Checking in was sooo bad . I arrived at Grand Hyatt at 4pm n expected an instant check in but lo n behold , there was no room avail yet. There was no explanation either. Worse they could not even confirm when the room would be ready n also refused to upgrade me to another room .. I was told to return later n without any time frame . It took me 1/2 hour of badging them to get a room at 4.45pm. Looks like Grand Hyatt overbooked their rooms n made regular room clients suffer for it.,"

"One of the best in Service. Good Breakfast. Forgot my glasses and the staff member expeditiously delivered the same to me at the Airport. Outstanding service at the counter. Timely Shuttle drop off to the airort "
