「Room was clean for the most part. Weirdly had like 6 or 7 dead moths around the room but it was still clean and smelled fresh. Towels were definitely very scratchy and old, could be updated.」

「I didn't actually stay here due to a family emergency and needing to get home. The front desk staff (Ashley) was very helpful and professional when I needed help with canceling my reservation. Next time I'm in Payson. I will definitely book a stay and hope that Ashley is at the front desk when I check in;)」

「Staff were fantastic, room was alright. Clothes had been left in the room from prior stays. Room ran slightly warm.」

「This is the second stay at this location. But this tiime Angel at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming. She was helpful in giving directions to our venue. The others were nice too, but I felt they were doing their job. It feels good when someone genuinely smiles after being on the road for 7 hours.」

「My only 2 issues, ran out of toilet paper and was told there was no more, shipment didn’t come in and was advised to use paper towels, well we went and bought some as paper towels are not good for the sewer system. And my mom has mobility issues and it wasn’t the best terrain for her to move around. Other than that it was AMAZING as usual.」
