「Clean rooms and common areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint is breakfast. There were 4 of us who ordered 4 different things. All were just mediocre.」

「Loved the staff. Easy check in/out. Clean spacious room. Made me wish I stayed another night. Beautiful property and location and walkable to the hot springs and gondola. Breakfast had ample tasty choices and large eating room. Nothing to dislike.」

「I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.」

「Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression.
