「Everybody working in the hotel is very nice firendly and hulpful Food variation each day at lunch and dunner . Around the pool people put towels on the beds for alll their stay. Hôtel shouldnt give the opportunity ti do it . You can also ask to put beds on the beach which we preferred. Animation each evening is ok. We enjoyed our stay at sunset beach .hotel.」

「Trips, their cars 4-wheel were very old and packed with people. For example on safari they packed 18 people in car. From other places, as I seen it in the parking lot, they all have smaller cars, 4 or 6 people.」

「Officially the Kairaba is still rated as a 5* hotel, the only one as far as we know in Gambia. And this is still visible with respect to the quality of the room furniture and the installation and the way the staff deals with wishes (addressed at the reception) or problems (e.g. a problem with water leakage in the toilet got immediately fixed by an experienced craftsmen after we told the room service about it and she had called her colleague). However, the hotel has been closed for 3 years due to...

「Affordable, nice pool, poor breakfast. Room not secure. No toilet paper, poor lighting, bathroom and towels dingy, closet broken and there is absolutely no sea view. A big ugly wall blocks the view. Not as beautiful as advertised. Nice that it’s used by mostly locals. Lots of places nearby to go to eat and drink. No bottle water given. 」
