「When I arrived at the hotel, there was no room available, even though Expedia accepted the reservation. Still waiting for a refund.」

「The parking lot was being repaved. Parking was *really* far from the property which made bringing in all of our luggage etc. difficult. Additionally, they were paving when we got there (approx. 5pm) and were still going after ten pm. Looked like a ten year old was driving the paver (my kiddos observed this - I looked and agreed!). I get they have to pave but lot was steaming and guys were yelling at a family for walking on the pavement. Elevators were not working at one point and everyone was...

「The breakfast choices were great. The food was really done well.. The hotel had visible signs of remodeling, but the unit was clean. The beds were very comfortable. 」

「We got there and our initial room you could tell had animals in it previously, and smelled. We went out and the nice lady at the counter gave us a new room immediately! The new room was great. Comfortable bed, ac easy to use, and worked great in 95° heat, the pool was gorgeous. Great place close to the highway. The lake was only about 15 minutes away. Breakfast wasn't much... cereal, waffles and bread. Everything else was outstanding! Thank you all! 😊」
