「Receptionist seems not very welcoming once we arrived.he was busy at private stuff..only talked to us when we tried to communicate with him. Gonna give 5 stars if receptionists can at least say Bonjour with a smile at the first time we got in the hotel. Great spacious apartment except the broken door of showering room caused leaking. 」

「Expedia didn't mention there was a deposit, so you should check that, but they were kind to drop that in my case. Very comfortable bed, extremely silent, non-smoking, safe, 24 hours reception, it could be cleaner, but there's everything you need in the kitchenette and the surroundings, as Westfield Mall is nearby. They also have laundry. I had so much rest and privacy, you cannot find that everywhere. Highly recommend!」
