「Below average as is not only outdated but smelly. We had 2 rooms and one could not be used to shower as the place was poorly designed and the shower water run out of the bathroom towards the room’s floor. there was no bath/edge to contain the water in the shower area. There are weird steps inside the room, catching my toes every time I walked to the toilet. There were drilling noises coming from next door at midnight. The staff said there was nothing they could do. Didn’t even offer to change...

「This is such a beautiful hotel, the rooms were stunning and everyone was so friendly starting from the desk to the people working at the restaurant. Location of the hotel is just perfect to walk to Gabriela’s Mistral museum and take a stroll at the plaza. The food at the restaurant was excellent with detailed presentation of each plate and so delicious. My wife and I will definitely return and we recommend this anyone coming to Vicuña!」
