An excellent choice!

This hotel is excellent. The situation is perfect, the atmosphere is calm and charming and the pool is very nice and well maintained; water was always clean. In addition the breakfast was very good and the room was spacious. Eila, Finland

This is probably one of the two best places to stay in town. They have a secure parking lot and are one block from the town square. I liked the room very much. I found the morning breakfast was not very exciting.

Fuimos bienvenidos por personal muy joven, bienvenida calida y profesional. En la azotea Mariela nos atendió de oro - lo mejor. Todo fue bien hasta que hicimos el check out y nos sorprendió (lo que parecia el gerente) con un cargo adicional por uso de 1 hora en las tinajas. Al cual hice claro que nos habian i dicado estaba incluida, razon por la cual enfatizamos incluirla en nuestro itinerario. El caballero no demostró ningún tipo de sensibilidad a mi comentario, y mi pareja al ver le intento explicar igualmente ue el punto no es el pagar, es que se nos había indicado ese era un servicio incluido. Yo soy viajero frecuente y estoy muy al tanto de preguntar y asegurarme entender lo que esta incluido y no en mi estadia. Muy mal por el caballero.

Ein Hotel mit Charme - denn ein altes Anwesen bildet die Grundlage des Hotels. Unser Zimmer war groß und bestand aus einem Schlafbereich und einer Art Wohnzimmer mit Küchennische. Die Dachterrasse ist großzügig und verfügt über eine Bar, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und zwei Whirlpools. Das Hotel ist unweit von Stadtzentrum gelegen (ca. 100 Meter). Ein abgesperrter Parkplatz (im Preis bereits enthalten) ist auch vorhanden. Insgesamt fanden wir das Ambiente sehr gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend.

Una decepción y una estafa

De partida reserve una habitación para tres y después quise cambiar a una de dos pero nunca me contestaron los correos Llegamos al hotel nos dieron una habitación en la zona más antigua ,el olor era asqueroso entre a humedad y poca ventilación Pedí que nos cambiaran ,después de varios comentarios poco amables de la recepcionista y al insistir nos cambiaron a una habitación en la parte nueva .Bien ,buenas camas bien baño ,el problema es que se escucha todo desde el piso de arriba cuando caminan y van al baño!! Reserve un hidromasaje a las 20:00 hs y cuando fuimos no estaba listo ,nos cambiaron a las 21:30 tampoco no tenia la temperatura adecuada ,aparte el lugar estaba sin luz ,una pena que no hagan las cosas como corresponde y con ganas El personal muy poco amable en gral salvo Noelia que atendía el restaurante ,ella bien

The room was large, the bed very comfy, and the room was decorated nicely. Really enjoyed the two large slider windows to the small balcony. A/C did not work, but with the windows open we were fine. The restaurant served excellent meals, beautifully prepared and presented. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Hotel impecable, estilo acorde al entorno del Valle del Elqui. Excelentes instalaciones: piscina, hidromasaje, comedor, habitaciones. Con servicio a la habitación. Siento que el cierre de la cocina es muy temprano con respecto a otros hoteles (10:30). Lo mejorable es la atención del personal. No dan a conocer todos los servicios del hotel, tampoco saludan ni se despiden. El atendedor del bar no ofrece bebidas ni tragos estando a su lado.

Maravilhoso

Foi uma geata surpresa. O hotel é no centro de tudo. Fizemos o passeio ao observatório Malalluca e a observacao das estrelas no hotel foi fantástica- sem contar que foi exclusivo para mim e meu marido. A piscina é uma delícia a jacuzzi então... nem se fala... basta marcar seu horário- já está incluso.

Great place to stay.

Lovely huge room with a great comfy bed. The roof top terrace is amazing for an evening drink and there are two hot tubs which you can book for a free one hour use. In the perfect location in this great little town. Highly recommend the hotel.
