「Todo muy bien dentro de edificio pero escalinatas a la entrada en el día es difícil distinguir los niveles por tener el mismo color lo que puede dar por resultado un an accident ; en la noche se distingue el nivel por la luz roja 」

「各方面都好，尤其是有厨房和厨具。但是美中不足一点油和盐都没有。如果提供一点盐和油就好了。唯一不满意的是遮光窗帘拉下来后味道难闻，所以我们住的三天都没有敢再拉下来，早上早早就被亮光叫醒。除此之外，我很满意，如果下次来危地马拉市我还选这里！」

「The property is very well kept, the hotel and the area were very quite, the location is very convenient with supermarket and restaurants very accessible. The staff was very efficient and kind.」

「Communication was consistent. They have a number you can WhatsApp. My first night there, the water was out for the whole island, but they turned on the emergency water so that I can shower. It’s at the entrance of the island, so you won’t have great lake view like the hotels on the west side of the island. Everything on the island is so easily walkable though that it’s not really unnecessary. Also, no hot water, but that’s also unnecessary. Water is cool enough for the hot weather. 」
